This Hugely successful Westport traditional music show ‘The Gráinne Mhaol
Show’ is based on the real-life story of the Pirate Queen Grace O’Malley,
‘The Legend of Gráinne Mhaol’ is a show full of energy blending the old
with the new, the contemporary and the ancient, the Sean Nós dancing
against modern step dancing, containing a wealth of talented musicians
and dancers from all over the west of Ireland. Lord of the Dance fiddle
player Cora Smyth headlines the show, with You’re a Star finalist James
Kilbane, Latino sensation Pollyanna Guedes, All-Ireland champion box
player Darragh Healy and Ireland’s most gifted and best known Sean Nós
Dancing family the Cunningham’s from Connemara will all be returning
