The Pantry and Corkscrew in the heart of Westport offers both lunch and evening dining with a varied and comprehensive wine menu. The Café/Restaurant is run by wife and husband team, Janice O’Rourke Flynn and Dermott Flynn and opened in July 2010. We are a small operation with a big focus on quality produce.

We pride ourselves on using as much local produce as possible in creating our dishes, all of which are freshly made in our kitchen. We use the best of local ingredients from the land and sea with tasty, creative vegetarian options always available.

We only use Irish Free range chicken and eggs in our dishes and use Organic Irish Beef in our handmade burgers. Our list of local and Irish Suppliers is growing by the month. We keep our prices competitive so that Organic and Free Range need not cost the Earth to enjoy. Our menu choices change every few months keeping seasonality in mind while still retaining our popular signature dishes. Our cakes and breads are always home baked in house.

We are members of Slow Food Ireland and The Restaurants Association of Ireland

We have taken a lot of care and time to make our little place as comfortable and welcoming as possible. We have also become a favourite place for friends to meet for good coffee and homemade cake or to share a plate of local cheese and a glass of wine.

We open for lunch from 12 till 3.30pm and for dinner from 5.30pm. Our Early Dining Menu runs from 5.30pm to 6.45pm. During Summer we open six to seven days and evenings each week, and for the rest of the year we open Wednesday through to Sunday.
