Join Pieta House's annual Darkness Into Light event in Westport on Saturday, May 6th, 2023, and help shine a light on suicide and self-harm. The start time is 4.15am.
This powerful event, which starts at Gracy's Pizzeria on the grounds of Westport House, aims to raise awareness and vital funds for Pieta House's life-saving services.
As the sun rises, participants will walk or run the 5km route, symbolising the journey from darkness into light. It's a moving experience that brings people together to support those who may be struggling with their mental health.
