Westport House Caravan and Camping Park is situated on the heritage grounds of Westport House Estate & Westport Adventure, just a five minute drive and a 15 minute stroll from Westport town. Set against the backdrop of 18th century cut stone stables (one of the most extensive heritage farm yard buildings in Europe) and the lush canopies of lofty oaks and birch, our caravan and camping park offers guests access to a choice of spotless facilities and a safe, picturesque environment for relaxation, exploration and play.

400 Acre Estate: Our Caravan & Camping Park is based on the 400-acre historic estate of Westport House with a wonderful 3.5k lopped walk, formal gardens as well as a lake, woodland, and parkland setting. Gates are open from 8 am to 11 pm for your enjoyment.

When the day is done, and it’s time to turn in, sleep restfully knowing that safety and security are key priorities in our caravan and camping park with nighttime security and a family-focused curfew of 11 pm giving our guests total peace of mind.

Are you keen to experience a break in the great outdoors, but can’t be bothered with all the hard work that goes with camping? Our Bell Tents are ideally suited to folks who are camping for the first time or not quite ready to commit to the investment in the equipment or simply can’t be bothered putting up a tent themselves! We will happily put up and take down your tent, provide you with the basics and all you have to bring is your bedding. Bear in mind that our Bell Tents provide more of a “hassle-free camping experience” rather than a full-on glamping experience.

PET ACCOMMODATION POLICY

While we adore our furry friends, we are unable to accommodate pets during July and August (except for assistance dogs) because of the volume of guests and in particular, young children. Guests of our Camping and Caravan Park can take contact the following homes-away-from-home:

Please bring your dog’s vaccination certificate and certificate for Kennel Cough, which should be stamped by your vet and up to date.

COMMERCIAL VEHICLE POLICY

Commercial vehicles are not permitted to stay at Westport House Caravan and Camping Park as it is a designated leisure park. Only purpose-built or adapted live-in vehicles (those with in-built kitchens and toilet facilities) can be accommodated on site.
